We are incredibly proud to announce that Soaring Together has been awarded the 2026 Social Impact & Change Maker Award at the City of Charles Sturt Business Recognition Awards held at Woodville Town Hall in Adelaide in May 2026.
This community impact recognition celebrates businesses creating meaningful change through inclusion, innovation, and positive social outcomes. As an Award-Winning NDIS Provider Adelaide, we are honoured to be recognised for the work we continue to do in disability support, community inclusion, and creating real opportunities for people living with disability.
The award was presented during the annual local business awards 2026, hosted by the City of Charles Sturt, recognising organisations making a lasting contribution across Adelaide communities.
Social Impact Award Adelaide Recognition
Winning the social impact award Adelaide reflects the heart of what we do at Soaring Together.
Over the past year, our team has focused on building inclusive programs that support confidence, independence, and meaningful participation within the community. A major part of this recognition came through our Barista Skillz program and the Brew Crew Van, which continue creating practical experiences and genuine employment pathways for participants.
Through Barista Skillz, participants build workplace confidence, communication skills, teamwork, and customer service experience in real community settings.
The Brew Crew Van has also become an important part of our community engagement, helping participants develop independence while strengthening social connections.
As a growing disability social enterprise, we believe support should go beyond care alone. It should create opportunities for people to grow, participate, and feel empowered within their community.
Employment Pathways Through Inclusion
Creating meaningful employment pathways remains one of the key focuses at Soaring Together.
Programs like Barista Skillz are designed to help participants gain practical experience while building confidence in the workplace and social environments. These opportunities challenge barriers often faced by people living with disability and encourage long-term independence and inclusion.
Alongside our community programs, our Occupational Therapy and Social Work teams continue delivering high-quality Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), reports, and person-centred supports that help participants work toward their goals.
As an Adelaide disability provider focused on community impact, we are committed to creating supports that lead to real outcomes and positive change.

Our CEO Ifa Saboor has led Soaring Together with resilience, purpose, and a strong vision for inclusion and innovation within the disability sector.

We also want to recognise our Operations Manager, Ebony Swan, whose leadership and dedication continue to shape our programs and community initiatives.
