About Me

I am a social worker recently diagnosed with AuDHD, with over five years of experience in the disability sector. My approach is to provide clear, evidence based reports that support NDIS decision-making and inform the individual’s care team on best practice. My method is tailored to each person and focused on maintaining their best zone of regulat on and comfort. I work to highlight immediate risks and support needs while also being aware of long-term goals. I understand how disability, trauma, mental health, drugs and alcohol, and socio-environmental factors shape one’s functional capacity. I also take into consideration the immediate situation around a person and how this can influence their current capacity and disability support needs. In my experience as a Specialist Support Coordinator, I am practiced in navigating complex systems and multi-disciplinary teams, including the NDIA, HSA, DCS, ENU, DCP, SACAT, SA Health, and school-based funded supports. I have a particular interest in working with people who live with levels 2 and 3 of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Schizophrenia, BPD, C-PTSD, and Anti-social Personality Disorder. I aim to develop assessments that reflect each person’s lived experience and daily reality. I respect each participant’s pace and preferences, and I work in collaboration with their supports. Outside of my work, I enjoy horror films, weightlifting, reading, and handcrafts.
