About Rosi
Rosi Zeinali is an experienced Occupational Therapist with 34 years of combined clinical, educational, and leadership experience across Iran and Australia. She is passionate about high-quality, person-centred support, and about mentoring clinicians and students toward confidence, competence, and reflective practice.
She supervises Occupational Therapists and allied health professionals within supportive, structured team environments — bringing both clinical depth and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of the people she supervises.

Ways to work with Rosi
Six ways to access supervision, from a single casual session through to an ongoing team retainer. All sessions run via telehealth Australia-wide, or in person in Adelaide.
Casual 1:1 Supervision
A single supervision session, booked as needed — ideal if you want support around a specific case or decision without an ongoing arrangement.
- 60-minute one-on-one session
- Telehealth or in-person (Adelaide)
- Book a single session any time
Individual Supervision Package
Regular, protected supervision time — two 60-minute sessions a month, on a 3-month minimum term, for clinicians building an ongoing reflective practice.
- 2 × 60-minute sessions per month
- 3-month minimum commitment
- $200/session +GST — a saving on the casual rate
Group Supervision
Structured group reflection for up to five clinicians — a lower-cost way to access supervision while learning alongside peers.
- 90-minute session, groups of up to 5
- Casual booking, or a 6-session block at $500/person +GST
- Telehealth or in-person (Adelaide)
Registration Pathway Supervision
A structured program for clinicians completing AHPRA supervision requirements, with documented competency review and sign-off support along the way.
- 12 sessions, weekly or fortnightly
- Competency documentation & AHPRA sign-off support
- Pay-as-you-go option available at $260/session +GST
Organisational Team Retainer
A monthly arrangement for provider organisations that want reliable access to a clinical lead without hiring one in-house.
- Up to 6 clinicians, 1 session each per month
- Custom quote for larger teams or added sessions
- Consistent monthly invoicing
One-off Case Consult
A single deep-dive session — a second opinion on a complex case, a report review, or clinical reasoning support — with no ongoing arrangement.
- 60–90 minute session
- Case review, report review, or clinical second opinion
- Book once, no lock-in

- Supervision is a professional development cost and isn’t claimed against a participant’s NDIS plan.
